The time has come when we must make the government stop and listen to us! We must take charge of the purse strings and get the government's attention. We can do this by putting the IRS on notice!

We must make it clear that we are fully capable of an Income Tax Revolt. We can prove this to our leaders in Washington DC by filing an "Application for Automatic Extension of Time OMB No. 1545-0074 To File U.S. Individual Income Tax Return."

If ten or twenty million tax payers send this form in to the IRS NOW, it will demonstrate just how pissed off we all are and will make them sit up and take notice. When you file this form, it does not mean that you can't still file your return before April fifteenth as usual. But at the same time, it also means that you can hold off sending in the tax return for up to six months.

You can download this form and send it in to the IRS and all it will cost you is the price of a postage stamp. But it could save your children's economic future.

Filibuster

Is there one Congressman who has the integrity to slam on the brakes and Filibuster against this mindless, panic attempt to throw 700 Billion dollars at a financial problem that no one really understands? Wall street is trying to sell this scam like a used car dealer trying to sell a Yogo!

The very same people who let us get into this mess are now asking us to give them 700 Billion Dollars Cart Blanche on BLIND TRUST to bail them out of this fiasco.

Congress must walk away! Go on break! Take the time to really think about this problem and give the World enough time to chew on the problem and make recommendations.

Bailout

The Government of the United States is out of control and is no longer paying attention to nor listening to the people who they swore to protect and serve. For quite some time I have been thinking about this problem and trying to come up with a way to drive home our discontent to our government officials.

Yesterday the huge insurance company A.G.I. was bailed out be our government using our tax money to do so. Can you get your head around “Eighty-five Billion Dollars?”
“Eighty-five Billion Dollars” that won’t be used for Schools, Highways, National defense or replacing the thousands of bridges that have been declared unsafe.

The real scary part of this nightmare is that A.G.I. is only the latest of the Wall Street failures that our Government is bailing out. Remember Bear Sterns, Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac? Our Government Regulators stood by and turned a blind eye to all of their bad business practices that filled the pockets of the CEO’S. Now today, (Sept. 17th.) financial experts are saying that Eighty-five Billion dollars are simply not enough to do the job!

So how can we send a resounding message to our Government that “We are as mad as hell and we aren’t going to take it any more?”

Here’s how… Let April fifteenth go by without filing your federal income tax return!
That’s right don’t file your tax return, instead file an extension form on or before the fifteenth of April. Then on May fifteenth send your tax return in to the IRS. Just imagine ten million taxpayers doing this. It will demonstrate to the Government that “We the People” can and will stage a tax revolt at the drop of a hat!

We’ll call it “The great tax revolt of 2008.” Then if the Government still doesn’t get the message, we can do the same thing for 2009 except we wait three months instead of one month to send in the tax return.

In this way we can prove that it is really the People who control the purse strings!

Having been a registered Independent all of my adult life I have always been perplexed by the unreasonable compulsion to alien oneself with either the Republican or Democratic parties. I have chewed on this conundrum for many years.

Eureka! Yesterday it came to me from out of the blue.

Think back to when you were in school. Everyone cheered for and supported your football team and everyone hated the team from across town or from the next town.
Everyone believed that your team was the best and of course the other team was a bunch of rotten lousy bums. Well it’s the same with which political party you support. If your Granddaddy and Daddy was a Republican then chances are that you too blindly follow their example of being “sheeple.” (sheep who walk upright)

Last night CNN reported their latest poll showed that of those polled, 48% supported the Republicans and 48% supported the Democrats. In other words, the Presidential campaign is a dead tie with only 55 days left before the election.

However, nothing was said about us Independents. I believe that is because we have reached puberty, left the old school mentality behind and obtained the ability to think for ourselves. Therefore, since we don’t subscribe to that concept of petty schoolyard rivalry thinking, polling us doesn’t make news nor sell airtime.

I also have a theory that there is really only one political party and they are playing us for the fools that we are.

You see, they take turns running the country as Republicans for four or eight years and then switch to being Democrats for a term or two. Just like cowboys who wear white hats and black hats. Whichever party is in power gets to wear the white hat and the loser wears the black hat. (Something like “good cop/bad cop”) All the while they try to maintain the illusion the “We the People” are still living in a free and democratic country.

Far too many of you are star gazing with your heads in Uranus, other wise it would be clear to you that big business is controlling Washington DC. Just look at John McCain’s political campaign. He openly and blatantly has several gold-plated Washington fat cat Lobbyists running his campaign for him.

Right now Big Oil imports seventy percent of the crude we use from abroad and makes more profit selling gas at four dollars a gallon then it ever has before in it’s one hundred year history. Do you really think Big Oil is going to cut their profits by drilling and producing more domestic crude and then make even less profit by lowering the price of gasoline without our government forcing them to do so?

Now as never before it is time for a serious and substantial third political party here in the USA.

John McCain's running mate, Sarah Palin, disclosed Monday that her 17-year-old unmarried daughter is pregnant, plans to keep the baby and will marry the baby's father.

Alaskan Governor Palin (who opposes sex education in schools and promotes teaching abstinence) and her husband praised their knocked-up daughter because she plans to have and raise the baby.

Now just maybe, had the daughter (Bristol) attended a class in sex education in school this could have been avoided?

If her boyfriend (Levi) is eighteen or older and they lived here in Florida, there is a good chance that he would find his dumb ass in prison for having sex with a minor.

(You can thank George W. Bush’s idiot brother ex-Florida Governor Jeb Bush for that law.)

Just as you might expect, the Republicans and sicko (two-faced) “religious right” hypocrites are all rallying behind Sarah Palin as if this is something that she should be proud of.

I know damn well that if it were a Democrat candidate’s daughter who was pregnant, the Republicans and the “religious right” would brand the daughter a Slut!

To make matters worse, Palin hired a lawyer three weeks ago to act on her behalf as state legislators investigate whether she may have abused her power in firing the state public safety commissioner for refusing to fire her ex-brother-in-law, a state trooper.

That’s why I say… “You can’t make this shit up!”

God did not invent marriage!

If there is a god, he needs to save us from all of these over righteous zealots who do not know of what they spout! For years now I’ve kept hearing that marriage is this and marriage is that. However, I seem to be the only one who is willing to remind everyone what the real meaning of marriage is.

I don’t know if it was the Jews, Romans, Greeks or Egyptians who first laid down the law, but marriage was imposed on society to ensure that the “real property” (land) was always passed down to the eldest son. This “law” was needed to prevent all of your BASTARD children (offspring of your whores and concubines) from laying claim to your property. This, of course only applied to male offspring. Females had no status what so ever, much like the cattle.

Let’s be clear on this! The concept of marriage was not “handed down” by any God, Buddha or Supreme Being. It was invented by Man to control “inheritance” and thereby insure that the family name would carry on.

All other accounts by bible thumping idiots are simply make-believe and belong in comic books.

The democratization of Iraq

What will it take to achieve the democratization of Iraq and why did John McCain say that he’s be willing to stay in Iraq for one hundred years? Well since John won’t tell you why, I will.

Nothing but public education will ever make it possible to bring Democracy to Iraq. To achieve this goal we must start now and for the next ten years, build schools across the country. Schools that are totally free from any religious interference what so ever.

Every child born from today forward will become the citizens of a democratic society. At age five they will be enrolled in these new schools and allowed to learn without being under a constant barrage of religious hate dogma.

It will be necessary to enlist the locals around each school to form an armed guard to protect the school from attack by insurgents. This will also create the foundation for a sense of civic pride in the community.

It is only the grandchildren of those born today who will no longer be brainwashed by grandparents, parents and older siblings to believe in the old way of life.

It is the grandchildren of those being born today who will lead a democratic Iraq three generations from now. As each successive year’s children progress through the new school system, the country will become more and more free.

As you can see, it will require a minimum of three generations to educate the Iraqi children without the pressure of family brainwashing to the old ways. Therefore, I believe that in about fifty or sixty years there could be a real democratic government elected and operating in a free Iraq. The Iraqi leaders of this new government in the future will be the grandchildren of those being born today.

…And then we will be able to end our occupation of the country.

This is exactly why John McCain said that he would be willing to stay in Iraq for a hundred years. He knows that only through the education of their youth will it be possible to obtain a free and democratic Iraq.
He knows this but never wanted to explain it to you as I have.

Government must force Big Oil to comply.

Over the past one hundred years Big Oil has always made huge profits from the oil reserves under public lands that is owned by the American people. At the same time they demanded more and more oil leases from public land. Our government allowed the sale of leases on huge tracts of land all around the country over the years.

We now know that Big Oil only wanted these leases to prevent oil production by anyone else having access to them.

How do we know this? We know this because Big Oil invested their vast profits in land speculation, high-rise apartment buildings and all manner of stock investments. At the same time they thumbed their noses at some sixty-eight million acres of oil leases.

Why? Because they would be cutting their profits by producing more oil.

Ever since 1973 Big Oil realized that there was far more profit to be made with the threat of oil shortage looming over our heads. Therefore it would be stupid to bring in new sources of crude. And, since Big Oil had all the oil leases under their control they have
no worry about competition from anyone.

It is in their best interest to continue to import vast amounts of crude from abroad. They actually make far more profit importing oil then they would by exploring and drilling for it. And, all that money that they save from not exploring and drilling can be invested in
money market funds and other land development programs not related to oil. Simple mathematics demonstrates to anyone that Big Oil makes far more profit selling gasoline at four dollars per gallon than it does at two dollars per gallon. This being a fundamental
fact of business practice, it is counter-productive for Big Oil to produce more gasoline or relinquish any unused leases to competitors.

Now that the American public is really putting the pressure on to produce more oil, they want to get their hands on the oil leases in the Gulf of Mexico and Alaska. They know that these leases will cost less to bring in than any of the other sixty-eight million acres
they already control. Also, Big Oil wants control of these leases again to prevent any possibility of competition.

George W. Bush, John McCain and the rest of the Republicans who are in bed with Big Oil want to give them exactly what they want And to hell with the American public.

PS: You might have noticed that the Electric power utilities function in a very similar manner. They have invested in land speculation instead of building more power plants. Now, facing power shortages they want our tax money to build more facilities for them to make more huge profits.
